The kind of wire makes no difference! Yes that's right the kind (make) makes no difference to listening experience. May it be solid, stranded, copper, oxygen free copper, silver etc.. were as long as you follow the above table recommendations. If you want you can install larger AWG wire than recommended above but you will not notice any improvement in sound quality.
Not to get too involved into speaker wire you can use any wire you want, but for practical purposes there is no difference. As many large audio manufactures have started to enter the speaker wire market the wire they make is solely for big $$, and prestige. There is actually no difference between oxygen free or regular copper and all the rest. I've tested it myself! Honestly don't believe me try it out for yourself, I've showed some people and they were just honestly amazed at the conclusion.
